Fred Harvey names favorites Premium Story

Fred Harvey, Scout.com three-star outside linebacker from Memphis-White Station, Tenn., is one of the top defensive players in the state. Harvey started the season last week with a win over Briarcrest Christian and will face Ridgeway this week with LSU commitment Justin Maclin. He talked about the start of the season and plans for visiting schools.
