September 1st is the first college coaches are allowed to offer rising junior student-athletes an official scholarship offer and it may soon turn out to be even busier than signing day itself over a year and a half away with college coaches scrambling to fax their offers out. Here is a look at what colleges offered some of the new 2011 Scout 100 on that first day.
