O.J. Ross says that North Carolina has been the most consistent in recruiting him. “They’ve been recruiting me hard for a long time,” Ross said. “UNC isn’t too deep at receiver, so it’s a good opportunity to play early. Also they said they see me being like a Percy Harvin for them.” Ross now denies a leader but favors Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas Tech and Purdue.
