New Wilmington, Pa., athlete Derrick Burns didn’t bother waiting for any other schools to offer once Pittsburgh did and gave the Panthers a verbal commitment. There has been a lot of speculation to where he will play in college and Scout.com gives yet another opinion on that subject.
