Alex Smith		By Allen Wallace National Recruiting Editor Date: Sep 29, 2009 This weekend Alex Smith will be visiting North Carolina officially. “Chapel Hill is a really nice city,” Smith said. “I like how the weather there is always good. The team is starting to go places too. They’re getting a bunch of good recruits and I think they’ll be a great team.” Smith remains a soft commitment to Cincinnati, which is the team that has impressed him the most this season.
