Chance Carter says that Indiana and Notre Dame are no longer recruiting him. “They aren’t recruiting me anymore,” Carter said. “I think they kind of dropped off because I wasn’t that interested. I’m not sure what happened.” His only offer now is from Nebraska and he says the Huskers are still showing the most interest. “The people there are great.
