		By Steve Robertson Scout.com Date: Oct 13, 2009 Thanks in large part to the play of Florida transfer Cameron Newton, Blinn College sits on top of the the NJCAA rankings. A conference championship and a shot at the national title game appear to be good possibilities. Once the post season has ended, Newton will pack his bags and move on to his third school in just over a year.
