Jeff Ashley makes decision

		By Matt Day Scout.com-South Date: Oct 27, 2009 Jeff Ashley, wide receiver from Whitewater High School in Fayetteville, Ga., recently garnered his third scholarship offer. He visited the school a few weekends ago, came home, and decided to make his decision several days after he received the offer.
