By Brian Stumpf Date: Feb 4, 2003 Signing Day now looms large and ominously on the horizon, as many of the nation's top football prospects have less than 24 hours before the colleges, who have spent the last year courting them, expect them to fax in a signed Letter of Intent sometime tomorrow. Here's a look at the remaining Student Sports Hot 100 Prospects left on the board and where we think they will end up.
