Ballard Back From Bulldog Land

		By Steve Robertson Scout.com Date: Nov 30, 2009 Mississippi State went to the junior college ranks for a veteran hard nosed runner to bridge the gap between three graduating seniors and some talented underclassmen. Vick Ballard of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community college got an offer from MSU and committed a day or two later. This past weekend Ballard and his parents took an official visit to Mississippi State to learn more about the program.
