Kevin Parks, three-star running back from Mount Ulla-West Rowan, N.C., helped his team win the annual Shrine Bowl, 24-14. Parks played a big part in the game with 19 rushes for 98 yards. He spoke with Scout.com earlier in the week about his teammates and commitment to Virginia.
