SAMMAMISH, Wash. - With 27 high school teams and over 700 players and coaches involved, the second annual Skills & Drills on the Hill - hosted by the Skyline Spartans and presented in cooperation with the Skyline Gridiron Club - is one of the top summer camps in the Northwest, because it also includes a kicking contest and lineman challenge to go along with a two-day 7-7 passing tournament.
