Terrell Chestnut is holding a press conference on July 29 at 2 pm (EST) at his high school to announce his decision. Chestnut, ranked as the No. 19 safety in the country by Scout.com, has narrowed his choices down to Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Rutgers. “I’ve made visits to all three.
