| Biography: |
| Played WR and CB during the 2002 season at San Bernardino Valley College in southern California. A hamstring injury sidelined him for the 2003 season, however, so he took a medical redshirt season. Could have three years to play three at a D1A program. Okoebor was a qualifier out of high school who received his AA degree in December of 2003. |
