2005: Stevenson needs to be a leader on the offensive line. He has as much playing experience as anyone on the team and it’s his turn to step up. Dan is a feisty player and he needs to instill that attitude in the rest of his teammates.
2004: Stevenson had a solid season, but the offensive line struggled running the ball, averaging only 127.4 yards per game. They offensive line was able to rush for 195 yards against USC’s #4 ranked rush defense. When the offense needed the tough yard they would run over Dan’s side of the line. He was 5th on the team in minutes played.
2003: Stevenson started at 4 games at right tackle and then moved back to right guard for the Pitt game where he played the remainder of the season. He missed the Navy and BYU games due to injury.
2002: Played in 11 games and started 1. Logged 82 minutes and midway through the season regularly rotated into the offensive line.
2001: Did not see action as a freshman.
High School: Parade All-American. ESPN’s 19th best OL. 63 pancake blocks as senior in 2000. Participated in track discus and shot. His father, Mark, played for the Detroit Lions. Final Schools: Originally verbally committed to Nebraska; Wisc., Tennessee, Florida, Miami
