| As a senior (12-1), Gettis had 31 receptions for 600 yds and nine TDs. He had 20 catches for 436 yds and six touchdowns as a junior. Was named second team all-league. On defense, had 30 tackles and 2 picks in six games. Track: 21.5-200m/47.1-400m. Was state champ in 400m as a soph and wants to double-sport in college.
Gettis reports a 2.2 GPA/870 SAT/Feb retake
Gettis: "I have great speed and hands. I also have a great vertical jump ('42). I'm a get up and get the ball kind of player. I can just run past people. I'd like softer hands and I want to run crisper routes."
