| Very athletic speed-rusher who could play either defensive end or tight end, but will likely wind up at defensive end. Had 10 sacks as a senior and 15 as a junior. Was offered by Ohio State after an outstanding performance at camp, where he ran a 4.6 40 and posted a 36-inch vertical leap. Is also a fine high school basketball player and has talked about an attempt to play both sports in college. Originally committed to Notre Dame, but decided to look around after the firing of Tyrone Willingham. Wilson made a last minute decision, announcing for OSU over Notre Dame late in the day on signing day. |
