As a SR (13-1), Perry rushed for 2000+ yds and 31 TDs. Perry’s junior season was cut short due to a nagging sprained ankle that just would not heal, but he still accounted for over 800 yds and 11 scores on the ground. He made a name for himself as a sophomore when he rushed for 1700 yds and 25 touchdowns which earned him the Offensive MVP Award in his district.
Perry: "I think I have good cut backs. I can find the hole really well and see the field well. I just need to work on improving my blocking.
Coach's Comments:
"He can go all the way at anytime," said Head Coach Donald Currier. "He has great vision, explosiveness and good moves. He’s got great quickness too. He’s an I-back, but he could also be a one-back in that set because he can catch the ball good."
