| Stats: Last year as a running back Rands tallied 1,269 yards and 15 touchdowns. As a defensive back he had 38 tackles, one for loss and one interception. He also returned kicks averaging over 25 yards per return with six returns for 153 yards. That landed him on the All-State, All-Metro and All-District teams as a defensive back.
Scouting Report: Rands will be one of the most highly recruited players in the state next year. Don't let his 40-time fool you because it is electronic. He also boasts a very impressive 39.5-inch vertical jump.
