Sprinter-like jump off the ball, plays well in space, and dominates on every down with raw ability.

Biography:
Sapp recorded 82 tackles, 11 sacks and 25 tackles for loss as a junior en route to All-State and All-Region honors.

Sapp: “My strengths are my ability to sack the quarterback. I would also say my speed. I'm really fast. I want to work on my agility. I also want to get faster and stronger,”

Scouting Report: Great lower body for a high school player, comes out of his stance like a sprinter. Sometimes gets too far upfield, but his athleticism makes up for any mistakes he makes.

Coach's Comments: "I knew when I got here two years ago that (Sapp) was special," says head coach Ron Duncan. "He was already 6-4, and 185 pounds as a sophomore. He has the frame to play at 235 pounds as a linebacker. He could even get up to 260 pounds. Sometimes in practice, he will play cornerback and dominate there."
