| Biography: |
Richard Murphy ran for 2,147 yards and 24 touchdowns as a junior and was named first team all-state. He has already amassed 5,500 yards rushing in his career.
Coach's comments: “I’ve seen him run from one side of the field and all the way to the other then cut it up the middle and leave kids in the grass," said Rayville head coach Bo Barton. "The kid can do anything."
Richard Murphy: "I have good quickness and make smart decisions. I'm pretty big and strong and can do it all. I want to improve my agility and cutting. I also want to break through the holes better."
