Given his size, kid projects to be nearing the 250+ pound range, making him more of a complete DE prospect (early in his career) than most true freshmen projecting as edge rushers. That’s what sets him apart from most. Couple his size with the ability to play DE and you've got yourself a blue chip. |

JR Season Stats: Eddie Jones is coming off a 130 tackles as a junior, which is eye-popping for a rush end. He'll be one of the top defensive end prospects (nationally) in the class of 2006. Recently named No. 1 DE (in the country) in the 2006 Preseason National Hot 100 list.
