| Biography: |
| Palmer is one of the top lineman in the state of Ohio and could be one of the best in the Midwest. He's a three-year varsity starter that had 40 pancake blocks as a guard in 2004. He was named all-league, all-district and all-county as a junior. Athletic, also letters in basketball and track. Will play both guard and defensive end in 2005.
Palmer reports; Bench 290, Squat 400, Dead Lift 605, and Power Clean 290.
