| Incredible physical specimen who has the size to initially project as an every-down defensive end prospect, effective at both run and pass. If he keeps his speed, and himself in shape, while continuing to get stronger, Ellis could be an absolute beast at the DE position. |

2005 JR Season Stats: In his first year on varsity, Ellis recorded 60-70 tackles, 50+ pressures, and lost three sack opportunities when he separated the QB from the ball. Academics: 2.7 GPA, 1130 SAT.
Scouting Report: Incredible physical specimen who has the size to initially project as an every-down defensive end prospect, effective at both run and pass. If he keeps his speed, and himself in shape, while continuing to get stronger, Ellis could be an absolute beast at the DE position. If he adds another 25-30 pounds of muscle weight, could later move inside.
