| Many compare Toliver to former Texas wide receiver Roy Williams and it is easy to see why. He's got tremendous size, speed and hands. He has a great field presence and is very difficult to get to the ground after he catches the ball. |

| A big wide receiver talent with size, speed and power.
Final senior season (6-4) stats: 42 receptions for 842 yards and six TDs.
Toliver reports a core 3.0 gore GPA and will retake his ACT in February and SAT sometime after.
Toliver: "My strength is definitely my quickness. I get it from track. I can get off the line fast and break tackles. I also have good hands and am a very aware player," Toliver said. "I need to work on my route running. I tend to just pass the guys and not really pay attention to the technical parts of my running game.
"I kiss the ball. I'm very humble. I'm hard to tackle and I'm aware of where the ball and players are."
