| When I watch Mark Dell, I see a smaller version of Chris Bell. He is very fast and he goes acrossed the middle of the field like he loves it. Dell has outstanding ball skills and is very good in the open field. He is still learning the game, but when he does, look out. |
| Biography: |
| As a senior, Dell had 57 receptions for 1,214 yards and 18 TDs. As a defensive back, he had three INTs, including one he returned for a TD. Dell also returned a kickoff 90 yards for a TD. Was named to the Detroit News "Dream Team". He also earned All-Metro honors.
Final junior season stats: 43 receptions for 935 yards and 11 TDs.
Dell reports a 2.5 core GPA and 19 ACT.
Dell: "I'd say I'm still a raw prospect. I didn't play football until midway through my freshman season, and after playing three games, I was moved up to varsity. My first playing time on varsity happended as a sophmore. I'm still learning new things all the time. The most important thing for me is to continue to gain strength and size. My catching is my biggest strength—I guess I have big hands." |
