| A cornerback prospect that just always finds himself around the ball. He has good size and speed and excellent quickness and athletic ability. Everson is great in the air and has good body control, concentration and hands. He has good hips, change of direction and a quick burst and break on the ball. He supports the run well too. He is certainly talented enough to play receiver and return kicks at the next level. |

As a junior Everson had 13 interceptions and he returned 10 of those for touchdowns. He also returned 10 punts and kicks for touchdowns; He has registered a 4.29 forty and a 10.5 100m.
Final senior season (5-4) stats: 20 rec/256 yds/8 TDs; 35 carries/525 yds/7 TDs; 5 interceptions/85 tackles/4 sacks/3 fumbles recovered/1 fumble caused
Everson reports a 3.2 core GPA and an 18 ACT. "I'm already qualified but I'm gonna take the ACT again in December because I think I can get a 21 or a 22."
Cedric Everson: "I'm very versatile," Everson said. "I have good eyes and see everything on the field. I have great awareness and have a 40-inch vertical. I'm also a good ball-handler and playmaker, but I want to get stronger (benches 205 pounds, squats 325). I want to get off the line and jam people better and I think improving my upper body strength would help with that."
