| On offense, Doxey pulled in 76 receptions for 1,293 yards and 15 touchdowns. Also has drawn interest for his basketball skills.
A First Team All-San Diego Section pick as a junior, Doxey was named the Western League Defensive Player of the Year and was an all-state underclass selection. Playing free safety and receiver, Doxey had 97 tackles, five interceptions, five forced fumbles and three defensive touchdowns and was an all-state underclass selection. At receiver, Doxey had 45 catches for 841 yards and nine touchdowns.
Doxey reports a 3.4 core GPA and has achieved a qualifying score on the SAT.
Doxey: "I've never played strong safety, always free. I can hit and read defenses. I know what's gonna happen before it does. I just have good instincts.
"I could improve my size and speed," Doxey said. "I need to gain more weight."
