| Vallone could bulk up over the next year or two and be a three technique defensive tackle or, more likely, will move to defensive end in college. He has a quick burst off the snap to get penetration and closes quickly on the ball. He uses his hands well to shed defenders and has a few moves at the point of attack to free him to make a play on the ball. He plays with discipline and looks under control at all times. |
| Biography: |
As a junior, Vallone recorded 98 tackles, 52 solo, six sacks, 12 tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries and a blocked punt. He was named NYCHSFL lineman of the year, first team All-CHSFL, second team All-State Class AA and was a first team All-Long Island selection by Newsday.
As a sophomore, Vallone recorded 66 tackles, eight for loss, five sacks, three fumble recoveries and an interception.
Vallone: “I use good technique, keeping myself in position at all times and really just do my job. I play mostly 3-technique, but I do play a bit of defensive end too.”
