| Regis has a good first step and moves well laterally. He is the type of d-tackle that can control the inside run game by tying up offensive linemen because he will need to be double teamed therefore freeing up linebackers. If you don’t double him he will have the ability to penetrate because he does have a good first step, he’s strong and Regis uses his hands fairly well. |
