As a sophomore he was an outstanding tight end and defensive end, but after gaining 20 pounds he began to look more like a player who will have his hand down at the next level. Lowery has an outstanding frame and is very explosive. He has a tremendous burst and is outstanding in pursuit. Prototype three technique player. |

Lowery registered 63 tackles, 9.5 sacks, 12 pass deflections, three forced fumbles and recovered three fumbles as a senior. He was named second-team All-State as an offensive lineman.
As a junior, Lowery made over 50 tackles, sacked the quarterback six times and forced three fumbles. |
