| Mike is a strong receiver with excellent strength allowing him to beat the more physical cornerbacks. He's only played wide-receiver for one season and the more polished he becomes the tougher he'll be to stop. With his combination of size, speed and ability to catch every ball thrown his way, Mike has the potential to be one of the top receiver prospects from the West Coast. |

| As a senior, had 37 receptions for 794 yards and nine touchdowns and added 11 carries for 137 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. Defensively, had 50 tackles and five interceptions at safety.
Was a first team all-Hayward Athletic League performer during his 2005 junior season. Also does the kicking and plays safety. Had his best game of four touchdowns and 112 yards against San Jose (Calif.) Mission, kicking a pair of extra points and snagging an interception with 10 tackles; Final junior stats: 27 receptions/667 yards/13 TDs; 48 tackles/3 interceptions
Calvin reports a 2.9 core GPA and an 1150 SAT on a 2400 scale. He intends to retake the test on October 14 but insists he is already qualified.
Partial senior season stats (3-4): 18 receptions/over 400 yards receiving; over 40 tackles/4 interceptions.
Calvin: "I'm a key distraction out there as a wide receiver. I get a lot of deep balls thrown to me. I'm very quick off the line where I can zoom past you…and I'm a good blocker too. If I could get better at anything it would be on my routes, which I could be more polished at."
