| Set Oxnard (Calif.) Rio Mesa passing records for most yards in a game and most yards in a season and led the Spartans to the most points in a single season in school history. Finished with a QB rating of 121 and ended the year 123-for-199 for 2,315 yards (62%) with 20 touchdown passes. Was selected First Team All-Pacific View League, all-Ventura County and numerous Player of the Week honors. Has trained with former NFL quarterbacks Bob Gagliano and Steve Buck.
Spent the 2005 season splitting the quarterback duties at Oxnard (Calif.) Rio Mesa. Finished 52-for-81 for 850 yards and five touchdowns with a 64% completion percentage.
