Joel Ross had 62 tackles, 10 of which were for loss, eight sacks, and recovered three fumbles as a junior; he benches 360 pounds, squats 600 and has a 26-inch vertical jump.
Partial senior (8-1) stats 45 tackles, three fumbles caused and two sacks.
Ross reports a 2.5 core GPA and and a 14 ACT, which he retook on Oct. 27.
Ross: "I have good speed, power and quick moves. I run to the ball and make plays. I'm really aggressive.
"I want to improve my consistency and technique. I'm also working on my stamina and want to last longer out there. I'd like to be in better shape."
