| Heaps is polished, poised and a winner, having gone 28-0 as a varsity quarterback with two state titles entering his senior season. He's almost robotic in his consistency. His ball always comes out quickly, with a tight spin, and on target. Heaps arguably had the strongest, most accurate arm on the field of the Elite11 field. Needs to add weight in college to increase his durability. |

Led Skyline to a 14-0 season, as well as a Washington 3A State Championship as a sophomore in 2007 and as a junior in 2008. Threw for 3,103 yards and 31 touchdowns while earning 1st Team All-League quarterback and 3A AP All-State honors.
