Trotter's outstanding prep career was highlighted by his career passing yards of 7,968 yards and 88 touchdowns. Both are school records and the 88 touchdowns places him third in the state record books. He completed 63% of his pass attempts.
The future Auburn Tiger's sensational senior campaign through the semi-finals of championship play against Cullman (14 games), has completed 211 of 318 pass attempts for 3,404 yards and 46 touchdowns. He has rushed for 556 yards and six touchdowns.
