| Carraway shows excellent hands and concentration. Carraway is dangerous with the ball in his hands. It’s as if he has an extra gear and great burst when he needs it. Carraway is good in the air and will go over the middle. Defensively, he is tough in run support. He shows very good closing speed to the ball and is a big hitter. He also defends the pass well and shows good coverage skills. |

As a junior, Carraway caught 29 passes for 545 yards and nine touchdowns. On defense, he registered 39 tackles and four interceptions; he benches 230 pounds and squats 340.
Final senior (9-3) stats: 50 receptions for 830 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Carraway reports a 2.5 core GPA and a 930 SAT.
Carraway: “I have good hand-eye coordination. I have quick moves and I have good acceleration off the ball. I want to work on my route-running. I think it’s there, but you can always improve.”
