| Lewis has a quick first step and shows speed and athleticism coming off the edge. Lewis has a good motor and can chase you down. He shows good pass rushing skills and uses his hands well. Lewis also has a nice inside move. He plays the run well and moves down the line nicely. |

Lewis had 66 tackles for his Spartan team during his senior season, 12 for a loss and seven sacks with two fumble recoveries.
2007 Awards: Press Register Elite 18 and ASWA All-State Honorable Mention. The Birmingham News honored Lewis with Super All-Metro DL (AISA, 1A-6A combined first team)
Junior Stats: Lewis recorded 88 tackles and 12 sacks on the defensive side of the ball and caught eight passes for 100 yards as a tight end.
Lewis was awarded ASWA All-State Honorable Mention at DL and Birmingham News All-Metro Defense DL. |
