| A burner who will move around and across the formation to create mis-matches. Will line up initially as a slot receiver and will more than likely be a third option. Could be a vertical threat (thus putting safeties in a bind), but will need to work on getting off of jams and back into routes. May even see time at other positions, such as RB, to utilize speed. | As a sophomore, Larry Raper rushed 98 times for 718 yards and 13 touchdowns. He also caught 17 passes for 466 yards and five more scores. Raper runs 10.5 100m and also has a 21-4 long jump. He says he’d like to compete in track in college as well.
Senior stats: over 1,000 yards rushing, with eight touchdowns on the ground and five touchdowns receiving.
Raper reports a 2.4 core GPA, an 800 SAT and says that he expects to qualify. “I’ve been hearing from some prep schools, but I’m not thinking about that. I think I did pretty well on the last SAT and my grades have gone up too. I don’t think it’ll be an issue.” |
