Biography:

During his 2006 junior season at Oxnard (Calif.) Santa Clara, Vines had 472 yards receiving and six touchdowns while blocking for a pair of 1,300+ yard rushers. Defensively, had 96 tackles (8 per game), forced eight fumbles and deflected nine passes. Was a First Team all-Frontier League and First Team All-Ventura County choice, helping the Saints to the CIF Quarterfinals and a 10-2 record.
