| Very physically-gifted, Harley is an explosive playmaker. Has good range and arrives under control, which allows him to overcome occasionally poor angles. Footwork can get sloppy, which results in timing and leverage issues, but there is no denying his athletic ability and upside. Harley plays all over the field for Rickards, but projects as a defensive back on the college level. He has the size of a safety with the athleticism of a corner. Harley also runs track (10.6 100m) and plays basketball.
2008: FSWA 3A Second Team All-State DB.
2007: Harley was injured for his junior season.
2006: Harley had 92 tackles (70 solo), 22 assists, three interceptions, averaged 50 yards in kick-off returns with two touchdowns and averaged 45.5 punt return yards.
