| A big “athlete” Skov played safety and wide receiver in addition to his linebacker duties in high school. The multiple positions give an indication of his speed, despite pushing 230 pounds as a senior. Skov runs as well as any linebacker in the country and has a quick burst in short spaces. Junior: Earned All-League honors in the NEPSAC Class A at wide receiver, recording 35 receptions for 572 yards and four touchdowns in nine games. 38 tackles, four interceptions and a fumble recovery on defense at free safety.
Sophomore: 27 receptions for 400 yards and three touchdowns in the Pride's eight-game season. He added 35 tackles on defense at cornerback.
Transferred after the 2005 season from Piedmont (Calif.) High School. |
