| Ware is a special player on offense. A high school quarterback Ware projects as a running back due to his lack of height. Ware is great at changing direction and a play is never over until he’s brought down. Very strong the only think lacking is over all speed. But with his burst and elusiveness Ware is one of only a handful of players capable of making something out of nothing. – Midwest Recruiting Analyst Dave Berk |
| Biography: |
| Spencer Ware is an athlete with major offensive skills. Can throw, run and catch and score on any given play. Very strong running the ball and while he's a high school quarterback, he's expected to move to running back in college unless he gets taller. He passed for 15 touchdowns, while rushing for an impressive 17 scores. Ware says he can run a 4.6 forty and claims a 37-inch vertical jump.
Ware admits he’s considering being a two-sport athlete himself and is also being recruited for baseball (plays right field). “I’d like to do both sports if I can,” he said.
Ware says he’d like to major in architecture and reports a 2.8 core GPA and a 18 ACT.
Ware
“I’m a great athlete. I can do it all. On defense I have a nose for the ball and am tough.
“On offense I can make plays and just get it done. I think that I’m a pretty exciting player.
“I still want to bulk up and get stronger. Every year guys are getting bigger and stronger and I need to keep up.”
