Biography:
Was named the Foothill League Offensive Player of the Year in 2007 and First Team all-Los Angeles Daily News as a junior. Finished 7th in the state in rushing with 2,289 and 38 touchdowns. Was the second leading rusher amongst juniors. Earned all-CIF honors and all-SCV. Named all-state underclass by GoldenStatePreps.com.

As a sophomore for Saugus (Calif.), Zirbel rushed for 1,257 yards and 16 touchdowns. Named all-state sophomore team and all SCV First Team.

Academically, has a 3.2 GPA and scored a 1410 on the SAT.
