| One of the top players in the Southeast, Kelly is the real deal. Has the size to beat jams at the LOS and to run through the tackles of second and third-level defenders. Doesn't mind contact at all and gets tough yards. Also has home-run capability from anywhere on the field. Uses size well and is virtually impossible to defend in the red zone. Senior Stats (2008): Kelly rushed for 78 yards on 13 carries for a six yard average. He also caught nine passes for 130 yards for a 14.44 yard average. Kelly returned one kickoff for 38 yards. The senior scored five touchdowns in a season that saw limited playing time due to injury.
Kelly was given Honorable Mention by the ASWA as 6A Wide Reciver, Mobile Press Register's Super Southeast 120.
Junior Stats (2007): Kelly recorded 34 receptions for 595 yards, rushed 17 times for 189 yards and scored nine touchdowns. ASWA Honorable Mention 6A WR for 2007 season.
Nov. '07 weight room numbers: bench press 240, squat 365 and power clean 225.
