Presses seams and creases that others can't and tackles through ballcarriers. A bit undersized, he may struggle if he gets caught up with OL, but has the speed (and instincts) to stay one step ahead. Fields recorded 76 tackles, five tackles for a loss and forced three fumbles during his senior season (2008). He was named All Middle Georgia by the Macon Telegraph, Mobile Press Register's Super Southeast 120 and selected for the Under Armour All-American Game where he recorded seven tackles.
Named Honorable Mention Middle Georgia by the Macon-Telegraph as a sophomore, Fields is a sideline to sideline linebacker that loves contact. |
