| Another Texas spread option quarterback that put up monster numbers as a senior, Rollison is a raw talent that is accurate in the short passing game. Rollins completed 315 of 428 passing attempts for 4,728 yards during his senior season scoring 51 touchdowns and throwing 15 interceptions. He ran for 1,094 yards on 172 carries and scored 14 more touchdowns. He was named a Parade All-American.
Tyrik is considered the top QB prospect in East Texas for the Class of 2009. Rollison throws the ball with pinpoint accuracy and his poise in the pocket is uncanny. He accounted for 44 touchdowns as a junior and was named first team all-state in Class 4A in 2007 as he led Sulphur Springs High School to a 9-2 record. Rollison finished with nearly 3,600 yards passing for 37 touchdowns along with 10 interceptions. He also had 130 carries for 554 yards and seven more scores;
He says he can bench 235 pounds and squat 405. He claims a 28-inch vertcal jump.
