| 2008: C.J. Mosley finished his junior season with 176 total tackles (115 solos, 61 assisted), 17 tackles for loss, seven sacks, four fumble caused, two fumbles recovered and two interceptions. He was named First Team ASWA 6A All-State LB, Birmingham News All-State (all classes) First Team LB. He says he can bench 220-pounds and has a 30-inch vertical jump.
2007: 112 tackles, four sacks, one interception
Partial senior (4-0) stats: 49 tackles and three sacks.
Mosley plans on majoring in business and reports a 3.6 core GPA and a 18 ACT, which he is retaking in June.
Mosley: “I move good sideline-to-sideline. I can block too and I play fast. I have good footwork.
“I want to get stronger and have more power. I’m also working on my endurance to make sure I’m in better shape.”
