| A big, physical corner, Winston has the size of a safety with the ball skills of a corner. He has excellent field vision in that he'll find a way to get in on a play that is going away from him by peeling off of his coverage. He uses his body well in coverage to establish position, find the ball, and shield the receiver without interfering. "His speed. We timed him at a 4.28 last month, and his strength at the line of scrimmage allows him to press the bigger receivers. He loves to press in man coverage. There are just not that many corners around who have his size, speed, loose hips, and strength. Darius is the total package. He will be playing on Sundays one day." |
