| It doesn't matter where Shankle lines up...he is going to make plays. Can get a little lazy pre=snap and needs to work on getting his hands on WRs, both to jam and re-route. Is one of the better tacklers at CB and rarely misses. Also does a nice job of climbing the ladder and attacking the ball at its highest point. Appears to understand spacing in coverage and always seems to be around the ball --Burke Hayes |

| 2007: Shankle caught 49 receptions for 957 yards and 12 touchdowns. He had 15 interceptions with four going for touchdowns and returned three punts for touchdowns. |
